Teammates and dependents have access to Modern Health crisis support phone line 24/7, Care Navigation, Work Life Services including referrals to child care, elder care, adoption, education, and convenience services. In addition, each teammate and dependent has access to 10 coaching / 10 therapy sessions completely free as well as unlimited digital content and community circles.

Modern Mental Wellbeing Solutions

Wellbeing solutions that can make a lasting impact. When you participate in Modern Health, you’ll have access to one-on-one, self-guided, or community-based care, all within a single platform, such as:

Clinical therapy to support a variety of mental health needs including depression, anxiety, and trauma
Mental health coaching to help you build resilience around stress, burnout, and more
Specialty coaching such as career development, financial well-being, relationships, and healthy habits.

Program Features

Teammates who sign up for Modern Health receive the following:

10 one-on-one video or in-person sessions (per year) with licensed clinical therapists
10 one-on-one video sessions (per year) with certified mental health, professional, or financial well-being coaches
Unlimited group support sessions (known as Circles), designed to be safe spaces for sharing & learning with others
Guided Meditations on managing stress and proactively building resilience
Ongoing wellbeing assessments to check-in on your wellbeing over time
